  • All items are both microwave and dishwasher safe.


    Ordering
  • How do I place an order?

  • For USA retailers, orders can be placed by calling our customer service department @ 877-922-7339 or Fax your order to 877-208-2565.

  • What is your opening order?

  • $150 minimum to open, no minimum amount when reordering.

  • What are your payment options?

  • Net 30 with approved credit. (Allow approx. 10 business days for credit approval)
    We do accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. No COD’s.
    Accounts more than 30 days past due will be placed on Prepaid Status.


    Shipping
  • What is your method of shipping?

  • We ship UPS ground.

  • How long does it take to get an order?

  • Orders are usually shipped within 5 to 7 business days from our warehouse in Paducah, KY.

  • How do I report damaged product(s)?

  • All damage claims must be reported to our customer service department with 10 business days of receipt of merchandise.
    You must retain all original packing materials.

  • Do you ship backorders?

  • We make every effort to ship orders complete. However, when this is not possible, items are placed on backorder and shipped when available, unless no backorder is noted at time order is placed.

  • Are replacement items available?

  • Yes, but only in the configuration as indicated on the price list.
